||||| We ship item(s) by the ordinary mail for domestic shipping. ||||| We ship item(s) by EMS (Express Mail Service) for international shipping*, to the EMS-trackable countries and regions. ||||| We ship item(s) after we have confirmed receipt of the money**. You will be notified it by email when shipped. For the international shipping, we will include the EMS item number in the shipping notification, so that you could track and trace the packets using EMS Tracking Service. *The number of days taken for arrival depends on the local postal services of your country. Concerning the delay of arrival due to the local affairs, we are exempted from the responsibility. **In some cases, we take several days before shipping after receiving of the payment. |

| Returning or Replacing Items - U.S. Dollar payment* | |

||||| In case that you received damaged, defective, or incorrect item(s), please follow the procedure outlined below to receive replacement(s) and have the cost of postage** paid back from us. 1. Notify us by email to sales@kay-n.com within one week of delivery. Include the order number in the email. 2. We will send you email including our postal address for the returning, so send the item(s) back to us. ||||| In other cases, you may return item(s) for a refund of the purchase price minus shipping, on the conditions below. 1. The item(s) is unopened. 2. You notify us by email to sales@kay-n.com within one week of delivery. Include the order number in the email. 3. You send the item(s) to the postal address that we provide you by email in reply to the notification, within one week of receiving the reply. You pay for the postage required. *Refunds or pay-back must be through PayPal. Include the order number and the shipping address again in the email. ||||| You will be charged the additional shipping cost if we have to re-ship the item(s) due to an incorrect shipping address. In this case, we will make a money request to you for the additional charge, and we will ship item(s) again after we have confirmed receipt of the money. |
