| What's PROMOxREBATE program? | |

If your friends buy our products, you earn $1.00 PER A SALE as "PROMOxREBATE!". ||||| There are NO LIMITS of how many friends you refer. | 5 steps to earn PROMOxREBATE | |

|PROMO Step 1.| ... When you buy one or more Desert Island Records' ("our") products, a unique ID ("PromoID") and a unique URL ("PromoLink"), that identifies you as the referrer, are issued* to you. PromoLink will look like "http://desertisland.kay-n.com/?REFID=1000". |PROMO Step 2.| ... Refer your friends, acquaintances, visitors of your own web site, etc. to us and our products by distributing your PromoLink among them. |REBATE Step 1.| ... If the people ("the Referred Customers") visit Desert Island Records web site through your PromoLink to buy our products, [the number of the items that the Referred Customers bought] x 1.00 U.S. Dollars are appropriated for your PROMOxREBATE. |REBATE Step 2.| ... Register your password and your PayPal™ account email address at "PROMOxREBATE Sign Up" page*. |REBATE Step 3.| ... Desert Island Records ("we") sum up your approved PROMOxREBATE every month**, and we pay that into your PayPal™ account in the first week of the next month. You can check how much you are earning anytime, by logging into your "Promo Account" page. *We include your PromoID, PromoLink and the link to your "PROMOxREBATE Sign Up" page in the email notifying that the items you bought has been shipped. **PROMOxREBATE is approved in one month after the products had been shipped to the Referred Customers (one month is a term that allows for possible refunds to the customers). Then we pay the amount to you in the first week of the next month of the approval. For example: If a referred customer bought an item and it has shipped on May 15, $1.00 will be approved as your PROMOxREBATE on June 15, and will be paid to you in the first week of July. |Q| Can I use my PromoLink for my own shopping? |A| Of course you can. In that case, you can buy our products getting $1.00 discount as a result. |Q| Can I know who bought the products by my referral? |A| No you can't. See our Privacy Policy. |

||||| By registering your password, you are regarded as having understood and agreed with every condition of this document ("the regulations"). ||||| If you are refunded your payment for our product(s) after your PromoID and PromoLink were issued, your eligibility for PROMOxREBATE shall be terminated. ||||| Your eligibility for PROMOxREBATE is temporary, not permanent. When we terminate PROMOxREBATE program, your eligibility for PROMOxREBATE shall also be terminated. In case we terminate PROMOxREBATE program, we notify it by announcing in our web site by one month before the termination. ||||| You have a responsibility to keep your password, and the mail we sent to you, safe. We shall not be responsible for any loss you suffered by abuse of your password, or information we provide you, by third parties. ||||| We shall not be responsible for any loss you suffered, or any conflicts between you and third parties, that are caused by being enrolled in this program. ||||| Your eligibility for this program shall be terminated when you violate the regulations. We hold the right to make the decision of the termination solely. ||||| The regulations are subject to change without notice, and you understand that you need to read this document from time to time. ||||| The regulations will be interpreted, construed, and governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of Japan, without giving effect to its principles of conflicts of laws. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the district court within Tokyo, Japan. |
